Short description
Premium quality small particle size, bonding liquid with high binding power to bind powdery or unsound surfaces.
Intended Uses
Transparent resin based binding agent for interior and exterior use. For use on excessively porous surfaces such as gypsum plaster or friable surfaces as a sealer coat prior to application of the undercoat or topcoat.
