A water based primer formulated to provide excellent adhesion for subsequent coats of paint when applied to difficult substrates.
Intended Uses
It is an alkali resistant primer and sealer for interior and exterior application to plaster, masonry, concrete, cement, rhino lite and gypsum plaster surfaces.
